THIS WORLD AND THIS LIFE NEED ALL THE LAUGHTER WE CAN CRAM INTO THEM
And, who on earth, doesn't like to laugh (poor soul)?
2. Have you ever heard of LAUGHTER CLUBS? It's a form of yoga that has its roots in India. It's really a great idea, when you think about it.
- A group of people (usually strangers, but not for long), fill a room, force themselves to laugh, until the spectacle becomes so funny that it keeps going on its own.
- This surely gets the blood flowing, good breathing, belly-tightening, considerable exercise (especially for facial muscles and tear ducts), lots of new friends (what a way to break the ice) -- and lingering chuckles and giggles for days to come -- and eagerness for more, I'm quite sure -- a delightful lifelong hobby (?) [with practice, I'm sure we could become quite good at it -- smiles]
- Yep, this is a good idea.
