is seeking Citizens interested in volunteering to serve on the
PITTSBURG PLANNING COMMISSION
The Commission meets on the second and fourth Tuesday evening of each
month at 7:00 PM.
Term: Four (4) years
Four (4) commission terms will expire on June 30, 2013.

1. Background
To date, the following notices have been received, concerning projects to be considered at the City Planning Commission meeting of 3/26/Tue/7:00pm, at City Hall. At the time of this writing, details (agenda, staff reports, and other pertinent documents) have not yet been posted at the City website, which may be found at this link, when ready.
Notices of Public Hearing received, to date, are embedded at the end of this article.
Here is the City's "Project Pipeline List" depicting status of projects.
2. Projects Under Consideration (Public Notices embedded below)
ARB, INC, 1875 Loveridge Road, "Wall Variance and Parking Lot Improvements, AP-12-899 (VA,AD)" -- an application requesting administrative design review approval for a new, approximately 5,000 square foot parking area at the existing ARB, Inc. contractor yard.
DOW CHEMICAL COMPANY, "Dow Aboveground Storage Tank, AP-13-913 (UP)" -- an application requesting approval of a use permit to install a 1,000-gallon aboveground storage tank to hold anhydrous ammonia (replacing a 15,000-gal storage tank).
