1. At tonight's City Council meeting, in the regular 7:00 pm session, City Hall, "Maya Cinemas -- Pittsburg" will be honored by official proclamation. 2. 4. This very welcome enhancement of our territory is, I believe, receiving the warm reception it truly deserves, as evidenced by filled parking lots, enthusiastic public comment, and a new and conspicuous feel of vitality surrounding that portion of the City, since "friend-Maya" opened 5 months ago.
CONGRATULATIONS, MAYA!
If you can... come to the City Council meeting, tonight, to show your appreciation.
If you can't make it, I'll clap extra loud and hard for you
and see you at the movies.
and see you at the movies.
