Budget Town Hall Thursday, April 26, 2012 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Cal State East Bay, Concord Campus, Oak Room 4700 Ygnacio Valley Road, Concord, CA I am a convening a town hall on the budget on Thursday, April 26th, where you can participate in the California Budget Challenge, an Interactive Budget Workshop in cooperation with Next 10, an independent, nonpartisan organization. The California Budget Challenge is a nonpartisan simulation of tough choices that state lawmakers face in trying to balance the state's $90 billion general fund budget. With many budget related decisions that affect all Californians and will shape the future of our state, I ask for constituents to come and provide me with their perspective on how to balance California's budget.
