The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Pittsburg (“Agency”) was dissolved and is now administered by the City of Pittsburg as Successor Agency (“Successor Agency”) to the former Agency.  Pursuant to California State Legislation ABx1 26 (“ABx1 26”), the Successor Agency is overseen by the Oversight Board for the Successor Agency for the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Pittsburg (“Oversight Board”).  As the governing body of the Successor Agency, the Oversight Board is establishing its Rules of Procedure and Bylaws.
