A. WHAT
You may instantly convert this ENTIRE blog into many of the world's languages.
B. WHERE
Google's translation feature has been added to the little black menu, docked on the right side of screen. In "Bulletin Board View" that menu becomes visible when the mouse passes over that right vertical scroll bar.
C. HOW
1. Once you select translate and pick the desired language, the whole blog immediately changes to that language. Give her a try!
2. Once the menu appears, it now presents you with five choices, with the following icons arranged, vertically:
- Translate -- convert the blog to another language
- Month-by-Month -- select the year and month of articles you want to see
- Categories -- select a category to see a specific group of articles AND the number of articles in each group. (this works fine, but the categories need a lot of readjustment work -- and that's on my work list)
- Tag Cloud -- shows above categories with the relative size-of-each-word indicating how populated the category is with blog articles. (The number of articles is also indicated).
- Subscribe -- enables you to follow this blog with "news readers." Please see this article, which explains how to do this, "BEST!!! MORE POWER OVER THIS BLOG!! On-Line News Readers"
3. To return the "Bulletin Board" to normal (following month, category, tag, and search-box searches) in order to be able to see all the available articles:
- Once you've found the articles you wish to see, simply click the "Bulletin Board" option on the horizontal menu bar, just below the header.
- If your browser doesn't allow you to see the horizontal menu bar, use the back-up menu (as indicated in the next section, below).
D. AND
Of course, you can always use the full-powered "Search Box," upper right corner of the bulletin board, on the header line containing the words, "Pittsburg, CA -- City-Journal."
